Asset consulting firm EC Harris will now occupy 12,710 sq ft of Three Piccadilly Place on the building’s tenth floor.
The firm will join NHS North West on the tenth floor which let out 55,000 sq ft of desk space rental last year. Other firms in the building include names such as The Insolvency Service, Weightmans, and Orega.
Piccadilly Place offers 190,000 sq ft of office space in the heart of Manchester. Floor plates range from 12,600 sq ft to 19,800 sq ft with each suite ranked ‘Excellent’ on the BREEAM scale. The complex was developed by collaboration between The Carlyle Group and Argent.
One Piccadilly Place houses the City Inn Hotel; Two Piccadilly Place provides 55,000 sq ft of office space to the Greater Manchester Passenger Transport Executive; Three and Four Piccadilly Place have 300,000 sq ft of prime office suites, while Five Piccadilly Place is the part of the development comprising 167 residential apartments up for lease.
Offices at Piccadilly are being offered at a 60 per cent lease rate after they were unveiled last November.

Will Kennon from CB Richard Ellis, the real estate corporation that advised EC Harris on the deal, said their company is happy to have found a place for their client on the tenth floor of Three Piccadilly Place after checking out nearly the entire Manchester city centre. He added that CB Richard Ellis selected the place keeping in view the business needs of EC Harris.
