More than 3275 people have climbed to the summit since it was first conquered in 1953 by New Zealander Edmund Hillary, who died in January, and Nepal’s Tenzing Norgay.

This year French mountaineer Anthony Loeff is reporting the scales for Chomolungma or Mount Everest after he reached the summit of earlier this season.

Now that Min Bahadur Sherchan has successfully scaled the tallest mountain in the world, he is once again ready to focus on his family. Nepalese man, 76, oldest climber to climb the Mount Everest Indeed, he was all too aware of the potential dangers Mt Everest could bring. Certain parts of the climb are more dangerous than others and it is important for climbers to remain focused Andrew Brash last attempt resulted in the rescue of Lincoln Hall, an Australian climber who was left by his team in the “death zone.”

Bahadur Sherchan returned this week from Nepal after successfully climbing to the summit of Everest. Nevertheless, the decision to actualize a long-time personal goal left Bahadur Sherchan with some internal uncertainties, he cited the political actions of China and Nepal as providing the greatest adversity he faced on his journey. “The Chinese weren’t allowing anybody on Chomolungma. They ended up commandeering it for themselves, even though Mount Everest is shared by two countries. The 75-year-old man from Nepal is now the oldest person to have reached the top of Chomolungma or Mount Everest. His first found him within 225 metres of the peak when his team stopped to help a fellow mountaineer who was left for dead. Three years later, Min Bahadur Sherchan, a University of Calgary alumni, returned to Mt Everest to finish what he had started.

Hall was frostbitten and severely disoriented due to altitude sickness. Andrew Brash returned a hero to Calgarians. They flexed their muscles this year all the in name of the Olympic spirit, but it was hardly spirited at all.”

Andrew Brash and four climbing guides reached the 29,035-foot (8,850-meters) summit of the world’s highest mountain early Sunday, said Ramesh Chretri, an official with Nepal’s ministry of tourism.

“Mount Everest this year became a political pawn,” he said with some frustration.

They basically coerced the Nepali government to not allow any climbers past camp two on the Nepali side. As he planned for the climb, Sherchan told reporters he wanted to inspire fellow senior citizens. He also said many Nepalese have established records on Everest, so it was only fitting that the record for the oldest climber to reach the summit should also belong to a Nepali. Sherchan just 19 days away from his 77th birthday beat the age record set last year by 71-year-old Japanese teacher Katsusuke Yanagisawa.

With the Chinese preparing for the impending summer Olympic Games, Andrew Brash noted that the government’s actions hardly reflected the Olympic spirit. The Chinese were flying their airplanes over the Mount Everest and had Chinese officials in Kathmandu.

Windsor Castle is believed to be the biggest lived in castles around at this moment in time & the eldest in continuous occupation (around 900 years). It is 1 of the Queen’s 3 certified residences, & is regularly beloved to be the Queens most desired home. The Royal flag soars over the Round Tower of Windsor Castle whilst Queen Elizabeth is in residence - conversely, at other periods, the Union Jack banner flutters instead.

Samuel Pepys once mentioned Windsor Castle to be “the solitary most passionate castle in the world.” That was believed in sixteen sixty six and the equivalent has been said today.

Most visitors to the New York City area are quite acquainted with it already. After all, much has been revealed about the city via media; many of its attractions are well known. Even if a visitor has been to New York before, there is always much more to explore. Intriguing culture can be experienced at one of the city’s museums, on Broadway, at the symphony, at the ballet, or by the history of New York itself.

The Metropolitan Museum of Art exhibits a multicultural expression of paintings, textiles, photography, furniture, and musical instruments from various points in history. The Egyptian collection is especially massive and undoubtedly mesmerizing. The Cloisters is considered a part of the Metropolitan Museum. Its located, however, in Fort Tryon Park and its collection and the building itself reflects art and architecture of Medieval Europe.

Amazingly, the architecture of the Soloman R. Guggenheim Museum is one of its major attractions. Its brightness and its layers jump out as its juxtaposed with the other 19th Century architecture in the neighborhood. Inside the museum offers, among others, modern, impressionistic-from early to post, Surrealist, and abstract art. Interestingly, the private collections exhibited at the Guggenheim are viewed as a whole without distinction as to type of medium.

A plethora of other exceptional museums can be experienced in New York. For example, the Museum of Television and Radio houses credible glimpses of the history of these popular forms of media. Depending upon a visitor’s preference, there’s also the colloquial American Folk Art Museum and the eminent Whitney Museum of American Art.

Even if a Broadway show is not on the agenda, a visit to the area bordered by Sixth Avenue to Eighth Avenue and 41st to 54th Streets is well worth it. Just absorbing the ambiance emits a level of fascination.

There are an exorbitant amount of other cultural adventures in New York. Namely, the New York City Ballet, which is the largest dance organization in the United States. Notably, as well, the New York Philharmonic with an origin dating back to 1842. The busy Philharmonic plays over 180 concerts a year.

How about a concert in Central Park? The richness of nature totally surrounded by urban greatness is an especially appealing venue for plays, readings, and concerts. Two other city parks are also connected to New York’s culture and history. Battery Park is a reminder of an almost-ancient fortified city. Washington Square Park reflects a casual, lazy-afternoon feeling despite its regal arch.

Famous New York architectural feats reflect culture influenced by the time period they originated in. Views from atop the famous Empire State building shed light on the overall layout of New York. Art nouveau is reflected in the architecture of the Chrysler Building. The incredible 19th Century Flat Iron Building was an experimental architectural feat for its time and is still considered a marvel.

Finally, the Statue of Liberty that sits in New York harbor is a beacon, continually making visitors aware of the diversity of cultures that have influenced the city. New York then radiates these cultures within its domain and cultivates through experience all who visit.

More and more people are enjoying the benefits of nude recreation. Recent surveys have shown that this is one of the fastest-growing segments of the travel/leisure industry. The people who are engaged in this lifestyle come from all segments of society. Rich and poor stand side-by-side without pretense. Without the trappings of clothing, one is hard-pressed to distinguish the lawyer from the laborer, the teacher from the toll-taker, or the ditch-digger from the dentist.

Many nudists, however, are reluctant to disclose their travel plans to family and friends out of fear that their choice of lifestyle will be misunderstood or ridiculed. Spending a week at a nudist or clothing-optional resort will situate the nudist among others who are like-minded. This leads to a sense of comfort that cannot be found in an otherwise textile world.

Once in a while, though, even while on a nude vacation, circumstances intrude which usually force a re-entry into the land of the clothed. Generally, the only situations which will force the nudist into wearing clothing will be those which require the nudist to interact with people outside the home or resort. Most of us have mastered the art and science of banking by Internet. Our bills are paid with the click of a mouse - we don’t travel to the electric company to pay them in person. We pay for our resort stay with credit cards. We do not need cash. There are, however, some things that cannot be done without help from the outside.

It seems that many documents these days have to be notarized. In order to produce a notarized document, the nudist must find a notary public who will do the work. Most notaries work out of banks and other offices - hardly the venue for a nudist to appear nude with a document in hand. Yet, even when on vacation, many of us need the services of a notary.

Lately, though, more and more nudists are becoming aware of mobile notary services. Those services send a notary to the client’s location, rather than the client’s driving to the notary’s office. This still can present a problem for the nudist unless he or she can find a notary who is willing to service the nudist and clothing-optional communities that exist throughout the United States. NudeNotaries are fully qualified notaries public who are also members of national and international nudist and naturist organizations. These notaries will travel to the homes or vacation location of nudists and naturists to handle all the paperwork. The client does not have to conceal his or her fondness for nude recreation.

All nudists and naturists who require the services of a notary public should explore the option of using a NudeNotary.

The harness forced me rigid in my seat. The pressure across my chest momentarily took my breath away. Fixed in position the only things I could move were my hands and feet. My heart raced at least twice its normal rate as we inched towards the starting point.

Anxiety began to swell inside me; I could feel my stomach turning. A deep fear within was urging me to escape and free myself from this unknown. As apprehension hit the zenith, loud rock music started blasting from two speakers concealed either side of the headrest.

White smoke normally reserved for nightclubs began to fill the arena. The only illumination was from disco lights perched above and beside the track, the only clue as to where you were heading.

As the mechanism took up the slack and prepared to slingshot us into next week, my backside began to twitch as I realised we had gone past the point of no return. The coaster was now primed and nothing was going to stop it.

Then it happened. Without warning we accelerated with such ferocity your cheeks were sucked through your skull. It was impossible to raise your head to see where you were going. Not that it made any difference, smoke was everywhere and visibility was zero.

It seemed to be over in seconds. It was the best ride I had ever been on. I wanted to go straight back on but there was the whole of Disneyland Paris to explore and time was money. But I would return to the Aerosmith rollercoaster.

Perhaps what surprised me most about Disneyland Resort Paris was how much there was for adults. I went with the expectation of a child oriented theme park with little time for grownups. But Disney Village is superb, full of bars and restaurants, shops and even a cinema. The only downside is the sheer volume of tourists. Even out of season you can expect to queue endlessly for food and drink.

The Cheyenne hotel is a throwback to the days of the American Wild West. Suitably decorated, it offered all the taste and flavour of cowboys and indians. The saloon bar feels altogether authentic; country and western singers provide the entertainment as you down another bottle of beer.

If you can avoid the likes of Goofy and Mickey Mouse, you may just be able to suspend reality long enough to believe yourself in the world of Wyatt Earp.
